This course will ask you to examine your complete ‘diagnostic service’
Focusing on the soft skills associated with diagnosing complex vehicle faults, rather than the practical skills. This could well be the missing piece of your diagnostic jigsaw.
The primary focus will be on ‘customer communication’ which we think is the key element in delivering a differentiated diagnostic experience.
We will run through a number of scenarios that will challenge the way you currently communicate with your customers. It is designed to be thought-provoking, challenging your biases, and force you to evaluate your current process.
Some things discussed will be easy to implement ‘penny dropping’ moments. Others will take much more time and effort to consider and implement.
