New Course is “the business” according to the first delegates.

Feedback for the new course ‘The Business of Diagnostics‘ has been received.

The feedback was very positive, but we need to deliver it over three evenings, when we asked what we should take out to allow us to run it over two evenings the response was nothing, it is all relevant, we just need more time.

Now Run over three nights this course will examine your complete ‘diagnostic service’

Focusing on the soft skills associated with the diagnosing complex vehicle faults, this could well be the missing piece of your diagnostic jigsaw.

The primary focus will be on ‘customer communication’ which we think is the key element in delivering a differentiated diagnostic experience.

We will run through a number of scenarios that will challenge the way you currently communicate with your customers. It is designed to be thought provoking, challenging your biases, and make you evaluate your current process. Some things discussed will be penny dropping moments others will take much more time to consider and implement.

Other areas investigated are;

Charging for diagnostics

  • Customer Selection
  • Calculating the Cost of Diagnostics

Process & Procedures

  • Gathering Data
  • Evaluating Data
  • Diagnostic Decisions

Evaluation loops

  • Continuous Improvement
  • Equipment Selection

The course will now be delivered over three evenings with the next course starting at the end of April, book now to avoid disappointment.

This course is about transformation not just information
