New Course for 2019 ‘The Business of Diagnostics’

Next year will see the introduction of a new course from GotBoost  ‘The Business of Diagnostics‘.

Focusing on the soft skills associated with the diagnosing complex vehicle faults, this could well be the missing piece of your diagnostic jigsaw.

Run over two nights this course will examine your complete ‘diagnostic service’

The primary focus will be on ‘customer communication’ which we think is the key element in delivering a differentiated diagnostic experience.

We will run through a number of scenarios that will challenge the way you currently communicate with your customers. It is designed to be thought provoking, challenging your biases, and make you evaluate your current process. Some things discussed will be penny dropping moments others will take much more time to consider and implement.
